I’m always looking at what other industry companies are saying about different categories of buying and selling real estate. For an insurance entity to write a blog about the “8 Tips of buying a For Sale by Owner” – you know they’ve had their share of headaches. As an insurance company, you’d think they wouldn’t be as concerned about what happens before the purchase is made. But the points (tips) they raise – well, they have good reason for writing this post.
